Reservations cancelled more than 5 days prior receive a full refund of the deposit.
Can you support film and television productions?▾
Yes. We provide crew transport, cast shuttles, and base camp-to-location runs, and we work within call sheets and production schedules. We can accommodate extended hold times, early call times, and last-minute schedule changes, and we carry the insurance documentation productions typically require.
What vehicle(s) do I need for my group?▾
LAXcar operates coach buses, mini buses, sprinter vans, and executive sedans and SUVs for private transfers. Larger groups are frequently served by running multiple vehicles in a coordinated fleet, which your Account Manager will structure around your headcount, luggage volume, and routes.
Are your vehicles and drivers licensed and insured?▾
Yes. LAXcar maintains full commercial liability coverage. Certificates of insurance and additional-insured endorsements are available on request.
Is a driver included?▾
Yes. Every charter includes a professionally licensed, commercially insured chauffeur. Drivers hold current CDL credentials with passenger endorsement and are experienced with Los Angeles traffic patterns, venue loading zones, and event-day staging requirements.
How far in advance should I book?▾
We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead for standard dates. 3 to 6 weeks is recommended for peak periods — award season, convention weeks at the LA Convention Center, major sporting events, holiday travel, and the summer wedding calendar. Amenities vary by vehicle class. Full-size coaches typically include reclining seats, climate control, onboard restrooms, WiFi, power outlets, overhead and undercarriage luggage storage, and PA systems. Mini buses and sprinter vans offer executive seating, climate control, and power access. Your Account Manager will confirm exact specifications for the vehicles assigned to your booking.
Do you serve areas outside Los Angeles?▾
Yes. We provide service throughout Southern California — including Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and the Central Coast — as well as long-distance and multi-day interstate travel. The same vehicle and driver remain with your group for the duration of the itinerary.
Do you offer custom vehicle branding for events?▾
Yes. Full and partial vehicle wraps are available for conferences, sponsor activations, sports teams, and brand events for an additional fee. Wraps require advance lead time for design approval and application — contact your Account Manager early in your planning to confirm the schedule.
